Surely you can do BBA from GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY. All you have to do is give IPU-CET and get a good rank in it which will determine what college you get.
Also IPU-CET is a basic aptitude test, you can easily prepare for it from books like Arihant IPU-CET and you could score a decent rank.
