The eligibility for IGNOU OPENMAT is that a candidate must have passed bachelor's degree from a recognized board or university.Candidates who are in final year are also eligible to apply.But admission will be given only if they pass in the qualifying exam.General category candidates need score 50% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD it is 45% aggregate.The last date to apply is May 15, 2020.
