Yes, you can.
English is not compulsory. Only one language subject is compulsory. And you do have Hindi as that subject.
But with your score, you will probably only get Hindi/Sanskrit Honors. If you want to opt for that, well and good.

There are a lot of colleges providing these courses, don't worry.
