I fail in English in 12th but i passed by additional subject arts side top 4 sub. Marks 59% am i eligible for du registration 2019? Plz repl

Hello!!!
You should individually clear all of your subjects you have chosen to apply for Delhi University. Moreover, English is one of the 5 mains subjects, thus failing in English will lead to rejection of your application if you have already applied.

Hello!!! Sorry but you have to clear the English exam first then only you can apply for du registration. Though the cut off will be based on best of 4 subjects but individually you have to clear all the other subject examination. Hope this answers your query!!!
