The OBC category certificate does not expire, but the NCL (Non Creamy Layer) certificate expires in one year.

So, if the issue date of the NCL certificate is more than 1 year old, it is not valid now and you need to issue a new one.

Make the new NLC certificate from the same department from where your OBC certificate has been issued. It should take 1 to 2 days for the issue of the certificate.

All the best.
