As you have said that you are currently in 1st year of your college. So, as per the curriculum you have to study all the specified subjects in each semester in the college. Unless your college provides any scholarship or any kind of opportunity which you can avail and go to foreign. Also you can quit your college and apply somewhere else aboard wherever you want to study.
