UPSEE Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria of UPSEE includes the parameters like age limit, qualifying marks, minimum pass percentage, nationality and more. To appear for UPSEE 2019, candidates will have fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. Therefore, candidates are advised to refer and check eligibility criteria before filling the UPSEE 2019 application form. For the ease of the candidates, mentioned below is the eligibility criteria for the reference:
Nationality: Candidate can be Indian/ NRI/ FN/PIO
Age Criteria: No age limit to appear for UPSEE
Applications for Admissions are open.
Domicile: Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the institutions located in UP or whose parent(s) are domicile of UP can apply for UPSEE . If candidates have studied or passed qualifying examination from outside UP, they will have to produce domicile certificate of their parents (father or mother only) during document verification.
Also, if candidates parent(s) are not a domicile of UP and have passed the qualifying exam from an institution outside UP, then also they can apply for the entrance exam. However, these candidates will be considered for admission to only 10% of the sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to AKTU.
Not only this, candidates will not be offered reservation benefits under this option. Further seats to such candidates will be allotted based on their UPSEE merit.
