At a neet air of 30,000 at general category  you have less chances at all india quota seats.
But you can apply for state medical colleges as the state cutoff is less than all india quota states. as you havenot mention state its hard to predict the colleges.

You can also apply for priavte colleges and deemed universities as you have good chance at them.
