Dear Rakhi, under guidelines for PWD reservation for Benchmark disabilities, a visual impairment only under 40% is eligible for PWD quota for both NEET and JEE exams. Beyond 40%, it does not come under PWD quota. Having said that, if you belong to OBC,SC,ST you can still avail the reservations specific for these Categories. But wih 75% impairment, unfortunately  you do not qualify for PWD quota. But if you manage to qualify in NEET and secure a seat in a Medical College, you can take admission under the Category you belong to.

let me clear your doubt. There is no reservation under low vision disability, not in neet neither in engineering exam.pwd quota is for those people who are completely blind or have any other disability in their bodies.
