As per the study prespective both colleges are extream good. You can choose any. But regarding places , in Hyderabad there is alot of problem for communication between hindi speking peoples and their local peoples and on the other side Pilani, it is a nice place. So I will better prefer for BITS over IIIT Hyderabad.
