See , infact all the list of colleges which you have displayed in your query are one among the good technical institutions in India Infact BITS is also recognised as the institute as Institute of Eminence from the MHRD of India. So if you are seeing about the IIT / IIIT institutions then it depends upon which Institute you are getting because all IIT / IIIT  are not better in CSE Domain and for the BITS Pilani point of view of you are getting the seat in the BITS premises then definitely you have to go with it.
