As per the official in Order to take admission in IIIT Delhi, you must have secured minimum 80% aggregate marks of best of five subjects (including Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics) in the qualifying examination and 80% or more marks in Mathematics from CBSE or Equivalent. There is no any restriction for NIOS student officially.
