At present,This university offersvarious courses at UG, PG and Doctorate level. Application form can be filled online except for MBA, MCA, MS by Research and Ph.D. courses for which the application forms are required to be submitted to the university. All decisions regarding seat allotment, counselling, and fee payment are the sole responsibility of Controller of Examination (COE). This university also imparts education through distance learning.
BE/ B.Tech and B.Arch admission are subject to candidatesmerit inTamil Nadu Engineering

Admission (TNEA)process which includes choice locking and final seal allotment.
NATA qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for B.Arch program.

Candidates have to qualify in Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET)to secure admission to ME/ M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan/ MBA and MCA courses. Final admission is subject toTamil Nadu Common Admission (TANCA)counselling process.

Students seeking admission to ME/ M.Tech courses on the basis ofGATE scoreare also eligible. Such candidates need not appear in TANCET.


Candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria must fill the application form, pay the fee, upload their photograph, signature and other documents. TNEA for other state students 2019 will have allotment against the region wise seats offered by Anna University in its constituent colleges only. A merit list ofTNEAfor other state students will be published and allotment will be made on the basis of these ranks.
