Hi Suryanarayana! First of all I think your question is incomplete. But if I am not wrong then you want to know while applying for TS EAMCET, why is it showing Non- local. 

Let me first clear that  there's no need to get panic if it shows non local resident and so on. Basically non local resident means you don't belong to that state for which you have applied. In a simple way, since you studied your 10th in khammam which is in TELANGANA and you did your intermidete in Vijaywada which is in ANDHRA PRADESH and you applied for TS EMCEAT, in your marks certificate, one will be of TS and other will be of AP. So while applying for TSEMCEAT the application form shows you are Non local since your marks certificate read as AP and TS.  For being a local, you need to study your 10th and intermidete in the smae state.
