You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a cut off score of 176.5 it becomes difficult to secure a seat in Anna University main campus or Madras Institute of technology, when comparing the results of previous years, even if you belong to sc or St category. To procure a seat there, one should have a cut off score of something which is not less than 195 if your category is oc or BC. But, it varies with category.
