Hello aspirant
AS you know 15% seats is reserved for All India kota (AIQ) I and remaining 85% for state quota..
If you want to Apply through AIQ ,your neet marks should be more than 650
After the completion of AIQ counselling
Every state has released its cuttoff in the starting month of November ..
It's depend on your neet rank whether you are able to apply through AIQ..

You haven't mentioned anything , your neet score , your Category etc.For participating  state counselling of any state you must have domicile of that state and you must have qualified neet.

Hello there!

Yes, you can apply for the All India Quota Counselling through which 15% of the seats of Medical Colleges across India are allotted. Here are the steps you must follow:

Step 1:- Register yourself on the official website for All India Counselling.

Step 2:- Choose from the list of colleges, the college you are interested in for pursuing MBBS or BDS, when the choice filling window is open.

Step 3:- Round 1 results will be declared, and college will be alloted to you based on your NEET score and the choices filled by you.

Step 4:- If you don't get the college of your choice, repeat step 2 in the subsequent rounds (Round 2 and Mop up round).

That is the whole process of counselling.
