You take admission in CS Non NIT Srinagar and during study of first year you will get physics chemistry maths. Again you prepare well for next year JEE while continuing your college. 

See it is always better to have one bird in hand rather than two in the bush. 

Take it what you got. Who knows next year you may get IIT or may not score well to get any of NITs
