Hi Deep,

It actually depends on the state you consider to join for your college studies. Some states like Kerala has a mandatory entrance exam. But a possible way is to join into the college via management quota , which might cost a lot .but i advise u on going the other joint exam way if it is available .

Good Luck

Hello!!

Yes, obviously you can study B.tech without appearing in JEE Mains. JEE Mains is only requred for entrance into NIT and for writing the JEE advanced(which is for entrance into IIT). It is a national level exam and only about 30000 people get seats from it(out of 13 lakh applicants). You can take admission in B.tech by giving state level entrance exam and also by direct admission. You can study in the remaining thousands of engneering colleges. A minimum of 60% is required, while 75% is recommended in your board exams to apply to any other engineering college. There are also other engineering exams like EAMcET, BITSAt(for admission in BITs Pilani), Amity Joint Entrance Exam(for admission in amity) etc. There are lot of colleges which take admission without any exam and with very less academic fees. You can do direct counselling in these types of colleges by just walking in the campus and asking for the prefered branch(many RTU affiliated colleges will provide admission in their college except CSE & IT branch)

Some colleges also have 10-15% quota of management seats, which is alloted to the students whoever pays that much cost.

Hope your query is answered , if you have any doubt please let me know in the comments below

Hi there! Yes you can. There are many private Universities which offer direct admissions on the basis of your Twelfth Standard marks or exam of their own University. Some of them are, SNU (Shiv Nadar University , Noida), Bennett University, Amity University. They have great curiculum, good infrastructure and facilities. Hope this answer helped you!

Hey, i think you mean without taking the joint entrance exam, that is, JEE.

Yes there are ways to get into b.tech courses BUT i doubt there would be any which need NO ENTRANCE requirement. Such colleges would be having their own entrance test and different difficulty and other specifications, but more or less, the syllabus remains the same.

All the best
