It actually depends on the state you consider to join for your college studies.Some states like Kerala has a mandatory entrance exam.But a possible way is to join into the college via management quota , which might cost a lot .but i advise u on going the other joint exam way if it is available .

Hi there! Yes you can. There are many private Universities which offer direct admissions on the basis of your Twelfth Standard marks or exam of their own University. Some of them are, SNU (Shiv Nadar University , Noida), Bennett University, Amity University. They have great curiculum, good infrastructure and facilities. Hope this answer helped you!
Hey, i think you mean without taking the joint entrance exam, that is, JEE.
Yes there are ways to get into b.tech courses BUT i doubt there would be any which need NO ENTRANCE requirement. Such colleges would be having their own entrance test and different difficulty and other specifications, but more or less, the syllabus remains the same.
