As your engineering  droup out don't worry about it  as the student dis continue because of some financial problems ,(ignou ) indira Gandhi  national open university  is best university   for distance  it is equal  to regular  education,  u can take admission in ba sociology   u can visit www.ignou.ac.in   the admission  fee was very low compared to regular  education  fees structure  is below10k,   ignou certificate  most valuable  distance  certificate  the regional  office is in Vizag once u visit the above link u find everything  in  detail  information .
