You have got a good rank in IPU CET for BHMCT but you have not mentioned whether you are a Delhi region candidate or outside Delhi candidate.
With this rank, there is a good chance for you that you would get a really good college if you belong to Delhi region.
Since cut offs keep varying and fluctuating depending upon the course, so the candidates are advised to check previous year cut off trends too to get an idea about the colleges.
However, if you belong to outside Delhi, then you need to wait till 2nd round to get a good one.
In any case, make sure to participate in the online counselling and if you want to opt for a good college even then, give spot counselling a try.
