should i had to pay jossa fees and csab round fees separately or as i have no chance in jossa counseling can i not pay jossa fees still participate in csab round

if you get a seat in jossa counseling and you accept it, then only you have to pay the seat acceptance fees, that is , INR 45000. You can register in jossa counseling without giving any registration fees.
But if you are participating in CSAB round counseling then you have to pay separately the registration fees and if you get any seat in csab then again you have to pay the seat acceptance fees.
For registration in CSAB round counseling and if you are a general category student and didn't get any seat in jossa then you have to give INR 36,500 just for registration at CSAB. In other words, you have to give the participation fees if you want to participate in CSAB counseling. And if you get any seat then give around rs 35000 again if you accepted that seat.
