The admission to BALLB is usually till rank 110-120 for the main campus for general category, rank 39 in SC category, rank 15 in ST category, and rank 15-20 in OBC category. However, you can apply through NRI category  if you wish to get admission in that course. In this rank you can get admission in regional colleges of PU and then get migrated to the main campus on the basis of merit.

Talking about the seat matrix , there are 120 seats each for ba llb and b com llb in chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
Pu prepares  provisional and final merit list in which marks obtained in the exam are added to others .( Like 12 th percentage ).Both the parameters are given equal weightage .
The final list has already been declared. You can access the same by browsing through the official site.
Keeping in mind the previous records , it seems that you have almost negligible chances of getting the chandigarh campus. You can try for the regional centres in the subsequent rounds of councelling.
The list is out now. The council ling dates are also oot by now.
Make sure you keep yourself updated about the councelling process.
