based on your choices iiit h and nit trichy is best choice but based on your rank you should try for 5 year at iiit hyderabad as it is best college in terms of competitive coding and highest selection in gsoc.

In nit you can go with nit warangal if you do not want 5 year course.

Admission to IIITs and NITs occur through JoSAA counselling. The JoSAA authority prepares a separate rank list for admission to these institutes. The rank list involves only the candidates who registered for JoSAA. The rank list is different from JEE Mains rank list.

But I will help you here with previous year cut-offs and your rank taken as JoSAA rank. You have chances to get into NITs Trichy, Warrangal, and IIT Bhubaneswar.

IIIT is arguably one of the better colleges for computer science in India. Most of the people you meet on a day to day basis here would be really intelligent . As any other college, it marks a transition.

Academics

The Good :

     Faculty on most counts is really good. 

    +There's no beating around the bushes when it comes to computer science courses. From Day1, you will be dealing with comp sci courses 

     IIIT as an organization has been very bold in its course structure. When I joined the college, the course curriculum was already very unique as compared to any other college in India. They changed it again to be even more aggressive when I was a sophomore.

     Most of the core comp sci courses are done by the time a student finishes second year. The later half is mostly focussed on research. As such, the college has a nice research oriented culture.

     A lot of choices are provided to students academically

Therefore out of these IIITH is the best.
