I got 251 rank with 58 marks in Pu llb nd 60% in graduation.how much chance is there to get admission in any of the four campus??

Considering your score in entrance exam is 58 and that your Graduation score is 60% you seem to have a good chances for admission in PU. Your combined merit score would be around 59.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite good but your graduation marks are quite average so your chances seem fair. There are less chances for Chandigarh campus and good chances for regional centres. So wait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate.

fee is 10k per year i guess or somewhat similar
