Based in your score and past year cutoffs you won't be able to secure a seat under all india quota and state quota and in government medical college under all state quota.But you do have chances of getting private medical colleges under state quota.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

It will be very difficult to get under All INDIA Quota ,because you need to ariund 450 for that based on previous year cutoffs.
