Dear
According previous year cutoffs
and according to your rank even after round 4 you wont have much choice except chemical engineering and electronics and instrumentation engineering in IEC lucknow
But good part is you will likely get all the streams in KNIT sultanpur according to your this year rank

Sir if i opt for chemical engineering in iet lucknow can i change my branch in 2nd year if i performed well

I would suggest dont take chance on that, since chemical engg is not that easy and your chances depends on the probability that some one will leave their seat from the course you are interested in.
