As you mentioned your girls quota rank . But it is difficult for you to get KNIT SULTANPUR or IET LUCKNOW.  There is almost no chance to get this College. As you have not mentioned your general rank so it is quite difficult to give exact information. But based on last years cutoff you cannot get chance in these Colleges as you have mentioned. D your counselling properly. Give your preference to the Colleges based on your general rank. You may get some benefits due to in girl quota.
