As per the previous year cutoffs trend, at your score you have less chances for getting admission in government medical college or dental college. You have less probability for private medical colleges under government state quota. But you can get admission in private dental colleges through government state quota.

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
