Hey Karuna.
Considering your marks in entrance exam is 39.5 and that your boards exam score is 82% you seem to have a less chances for admission in UILS, Chandigarh. Your combined merit score would be around 60.75 without any weightage.
There are 120 seats each for BALLB and BCOM LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres. So for the Chandigarh campus if your rank in the BA LLB merit list after combination of both scores is uner 150-180 you'll have a fair chance in the first counselling itself.
And with your rank and marks in boards your chances seem less for Chandigarh and more for regional centres. Wait for the final ranks after combined scores for a better estimate regarding your chances.
