As per your marks and rank, If you are applying for All india quota, you have no chance for government seat.. And according to your obc rank you applly for state quota adhra Pradesh, still you have less chance of government college..
Because, for government college, Candidate need to score higher marks according to their category..
You can try from state quota,Dont loose hope, still you have chance
