Counselling for neet 2019 has already begun for this year for various government and other Medical colleges. 

Your score is pretty fine and you have a good chance of getting a good seat. Whether you will get BHU or ipu or not will depend on the cut off released by the colleges this year. Wait for the counselling to go on in full swing. Meanwhile go through previous year's cut off of the required college to have a rough idea. Hope for the best. Good Luck!
