I filled neet ug application form but kya Ipu, bhu or amu college mai mbbs k liyae separate registration bhi karwana hoga?

The institutes you mentioned will have a seperate registration after the declearation of NEET results.

Yes. Unka seprate form aayega. But entrance is through neet ug.
