All India institute of Medical Science mangalagiri is one of the top government institute with national importance. although this is a good marks for any other government medical colleges but you should have better marks to get into any AIIMS , although you belongs to SC category.sorry to say you but you cannot get into this college with this rank because previous year  cutoff rank of round 1 was 8850.
