Hey
Considering your score in entrance exam is 60 and that your Graduation score is 56% you seem to have a fair chances for admission in PU.
There are 300 seats each for LLB in the Chandigarh campus, 60 each in regional centres.
So considering the fact that your entrance rank is quite good but your graduation marks are quite average so your chances overal seem fair. But The  chances for Chandigarh campus are 50-50 owing to the graduation marks. But there are good chances for regional centres. So wait for the final ranks to be out for a better estimate. But as of now chances seem fair for regional centres but for Chandigarh you can't be too sure now.
Best of luck
