Hi dear your marks in siteee is unlikely less because the last year cutoff for CS branch was 120+ but don't lose hope you can apply for other branches in same or other private college in Maharashtra.

Can I apply symbiosis through JEE Mains score. So that i can get CS Or IT Branch.

Yes you can apply through jee mains but they have very high cutoff for mains. You can also apply through MH-CET scorecard.
