I got 76.22 percent in 12th by pseb and 21 percentile in public cet ug. Can I got admission in punjab university sir?

As the final merit is based on 75% of PUCET marks and 25% of 10+2 marks, your percentile is low. There are cutoff for different courses. Still there are less chances of admission in PU campus as your percentile is a bit low which comprises 75% of your merit.
Apply for more colleges as well.
