Sorry to say this but you cannot get a good college with your rank, it's even hard to get a seat in any college that to cse group unless you belong to scheduled castes SC/ST.

if you belong to SC/ST then you may have chances of getting into good college but into mechanical or civil branches but not cse,if you want cse then you will get a seat but not in top 10 colleges.

If you belong to OC then you won't get seat in any college.
