I am sorry to state that your percentile and hence your rank will not be sufficient for you to get a seat in NIT Surathkal.
Even the lowest branches of the college such as Metallurgy would not accommodate you since the cutoff varies too much from your score. If you belong to the home state quota then also I believe there is not any chance!
Try for some other institutes. All the best!
