Congratulations for such a wonderful result. Now in VJTi or COEP your seat will be decided by what you reservation rank is. If it is in the top 400 then hands down you can choose which field you want. Else streams like EXTC(best field at 97%) and most likely you'll get

Otherwise fields like textile, production are alwaysup
