Yes, Bundelkhand University is one of the good government college of uptu. Its placements are also good enough almost everyone get placed.
You can go for second round counsilling there is no issue if you are lucky then you can get IET Lucknow. It depend on the number of seats left and number of students left. If you didn't get then you can go for Bundelkhand University it is not a bad college student also give much prefrence to this college.
