Yes, you have some little chance in last round or spot counselling. But as you are getting a government College so if you want to take admission in government College at any way then you can take admission in this College (as seat get filled in coming round for this College) May be you will not get chance to get this College again. But you have some chance for BIET JHANSI or KNIT SULTANPUR. So go through these Colleges properly. You can come to know about these Colleges by visiting their respective websites. Do your counselling properly. Give your preference to the Colleges based on your rank. As it also depends on the cutoff list. So go through cutoff also.
