Well in IIT Delhi 4 streams are available for Mechanical Engineering for Mtech :

Mechanical Design

Industrial Engineering

Production Engineering

Thermal Engineering

In 71.89 marks and as you have not mentioned Category hence considering General then it will be difficult as this time cutoff will be high as the paper was bit easy.
