You dont need to travell from Pune to Delhi just for certificate.

You can simply send yourcredentials and account number via email and ask them for certificate and grade sheet.

Since jtsbeen 2 years the certificate validity might have expired and hence unable to display.

You can contact IGNoU Official via Email and you ll surely get assistance.
