No, unless you belong to certain reserved category, I believe with a score of 320 in NEET, you may not be able to secure a seat in MBBS at any Government or State Medical College. However if you have good financial and monetary security, there are many private medical institutes in India with good infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilties and you may get admission in them through your NEET Score.
