see getting rank above 20k in UPSEE is very easy. So 55000 rank is not that much good. And it would be tough to get into any of the top goverment or private colleges with this rank. And it would be more tough if you are not of UP domicile and Do not belong to OBC NCL SC/ST.

IF you do not belong to all that than you can't get CSE in a reputed college and seriously their is no point in doing B.Tech with from low grade college. so if you belong to OBC NCL or SC/ST and UP domicile. Then their are good chances that you might get admission in following colleges :

ABES

JSS

NIET

IMS.

KIET.

Only these are some good colleges which you can get with this rank.
