Dont worry just try to get admiteed in the UPTU college through management seat, may be you'll get option from that.

Dear Shweta
If you're interested in doing b.tech and I guess, due to some circumstances, you're not able to clear this tests that's fine. And you've attempted both. That's good. But now you can opt some private universities by paying fee, this would be the better option than going and opt low ranikg colleges.
