Hello,

No you need to pass your undergraduate course first before you can apply for postgraduate course. With two backlogs you cannot apply for postgraduate course. You cannot simultaneously do postgraduate and clear you undergraduate backlogs. First you need to complete your undergraduate course so that you are eligible for Postgraduate course.
