Dear student,
Definitely you are eligible for admission to nit/iiit but the condition is that you must have done your 12th before your diploma. You'll need to qualify JEE Main and then you can get admission for first year of four yeardegreecourse in any branch of your choice. There is no other option other than jee mains.
