Well, basing upon your oc category rank, it seems like you may get admission into Anna university but may not get your desired branch. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high. You may also apply other deemed universities and private colleges in your rank at the time of counseling.
