My cutoff is 187.5 . I belong to general category.. Will I get a seat in Anna University..?

Nope its difficult for you to gain a seat at Anna University Chennai but you have got an great cutoff you could easily get into some great autonomous institutions in Tamil Nadu. I have provided an link for the list of top 50 engineering colleges at TamilNadu. I hope that would be useful for you.

May be at BITS Campus atleast?
Yep there do exists an chance to get seat at SSN for your cuttoff. But ECE and CSE departments might be a bit challenging to get a seat in them.
Is there a possibility for biomedical engineering...?
